Positions Available

Restaurant Server – Summer 2026

$19 – $20 per hour + end-of-season gratuity • Seasonal (April – September 2026) • Part-time or Full-time

Excellent opportunity for hospitality students or those seeking fine dining and private club service experience.

  • Professional food and beverage service
  • Greeting Members, taking orders, and POS entry
  • Delivering food and beverages
  • Supporting banquets and special events
  • Smart Serve certification required

Availability for evenings, weekends & holidays required • Staff meals provided.

Summer Student Intern – Hospitality & Management Internship Program

$19 – $21 per hour • Full-time • June to Labour Day 2026

Hands-on internship with department rotations, leadership mentorship, and a capstone project in a premier private club environment.

  • Restaurant, banquet & event service support
  • Kitchen and administrative assistance
  • Event coordination and operational logistics
  • Department rotations across clubhouse operations

Currently enrolled in a Hospitality/Tourism program • Flexible availability including evenings & weekends • Meals provided during shifts.

Line Cook – 2026 Season

$19 – $20 per hour • Full-time or Part-time Seasonal (April to September) • Potential for year-round

We are looking for a reliable and motivated line cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends • Staff meals provided.

Pastry Cook – 2026 Season

$19 – $20 per hour • Full-time or Part-time Seasonal (April to September) • Potential for year-round

Pastry cook or baker possess creativity, the ability to follow written or verbal directions, attentiveness to detail, and basic mathematics and measurement skills.

  • Follow recipes to produce baked goods such as cookies, bread, cakes, rolls, pies and pastries
  • Provide quality and timely prepared foods
  • Follow sanitation guidelines and adhere to safety procedures
  • Work as part of a team, stock and rotate food, handle equipment and supplies
  • Maintain food quality and communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
  • Produce large quantities of standardized baked goods during special events

Formal pastry training and minimum 1 year experience preferred • Food Safety Training Certificate required • Flexible hours (Monday to Sunday) • Staff meals provided.

Golf Course

Founded in 1893, Rosedale is proud to be an official Donald Ross course and is ranked as one of the best classic golf courses in Canada.
 

Directions

Using Highway 401

  • Take the 401 to the Yonge Street exit. Go South.
  • Continue south on Yonge Street, past York Mills/Wilson Avenue and keep going up the steep hill in front of you.
  • Go through the first set of lights and make a left on the second street, Teddington Park Avenue.
  • Make a left at the second stop sign on Teddington Park Avenue.
  • Stay to the right of the TTC bus loop.
  • Keep right until you see Rosedale Golf Club main entrance following the black wrought iron fence.

Using the TTC (from Eglinton Station)

  • Take the Mount Pleasant 103 bus.
  • Get off at the last stop on the run before it turns around to head back to the station.
  • You will see a black wrought iron fence across from the bus loop.
  • This is Rosedale Golf Club. Follow the fence until you see our Entrance.
